Its features three 6mm thick copper heat pipes connected to the base using heat-pipe direct contact (HDC) technology and a 70mm dual ball bearing PWM fan. In addition, its heatsink fins have wave-shaped design that works efficiently with the included air duct to help quickly wick away heat for exceptional CPU cooling performance.
